Hello Sue,
I think the call was great because it gave me more encouragement and insight to get even more focused on planning out my goals and to reach those goals by putting my feet in motion. Enough of the talk and games, it's really time to get busy. If I'm planning to not work for anyone one of these days soon, then I must get focused and get my team focused and keep building and selling. I am now really thinking out my plans and short-term goals in order to reach my long-term goals. I also think the idea of AWBER traning will be very nice as well as the plan to train on various tools online. I am sort of new at this, joined I believe in April. I already have a team, but am really looking forward to growing. I need to also really get to know the online systems for my team so when they're ready to go online I am able to answer any questions they may have. I am still encouraging them to begin going online for business, so we'll see how that goes within the next few months.
I thank you very much for your knowledge and insight concerning this business, it is truly a big help and blessing, being in this company, you can't help but succeed. The only way we can't succeed is if we don't put our time, blood, and passion into it.
